Some slides from a presentation where I was asked to talk about my design process and experience as a designer. In addition to these clichéd tips, I talked about how to quickly solve common/specific design job-related issues I’ve wrestled with in the past (some solutions from which I, admittedly, hadn’t thought up at the time — this is me making up for it by at least making the hindsight!insight put to good use).
Truly, to have been given roughly an hour and thirty minutes to pretend for a bit that I know what I’m doing every time I make something design-related (as opposed to the usual fruits of boredom I litter onto this little blog), is the most flattering thing you could ever offer a person so underqualified you could have gotten a monkey to proxy and no one would’ve noticed the difference.
